Holy Spirit School offers a comprehensive curriculum and is accredited by Middle States. The U.S. Department of Education recognizes Middle States as a reliable agency to evaluate the ongoing quality of education offered by the school. Additionally, each of the school’s teachers are fully certified by the state of New Jersey.
Holy Spirit school’s core curriculum for all grades includes: Reading, Spelling, Phonics, Science, Religion, Mathematics, Algebra, English, Language Arts, Literature, Penmanship, Social Studies, Geography and Vocabulary. Science, Library and Computers are taught in newer, state of the art facilities within the school. Spanish, Health, Music, Physical Education round out the core subjects. In addition, Speech Therapy, supplemental instruction for gifted, and extra assistance is also provided.
Holy Spirit also offers a wide range of extra curricular activities for the studies to enjoy, including: Basketball, Cheerleading, Chess Club, Performing Arts, Fitness Club, Forensic League, School Newsletter, Creative Writing Club, Computer Club, Student Reporting, Junior Leadership Program, Student Government and more.
